Travel Green
Last year we agreed to offset the carbon footprint of our motor coach trips by helping fund a reforestation intiative in British Columbia. As they grow and mature, the trees absorb and contain the same amount of carbon emitted by the motor coaches, thereby making that part of our trips carbon neutral.
In 2008 we offset more than 2300 tons of carbon!

On the Road
This year, we will be incorporating an environmental awareness message into our trips. Our Tour Leaders are trained to teach our passengers about the importance of their actions while travelling and encourage them to make choices that reduce their impact on the environment both during and after their trip. By setting a good example and encouraging responsible behaviour we are raising the environmental awareness of thousands of students each year.
